OWNERSHIP DETAILS/CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

The property is registered in the name of a private individual. A purchase tax is payable levied at 10% if purchased as a second home and 3% if purchased as a first home ( In this case the owner must obtain residency in the district in which the property is located within 18 months from the signing of the deed of sale. Land is taxed at 18% of the declared value. It is possible to buy the property as an agricultural, forestry business with a purchase tax of 1%. In this case the purchaser would be obliged to reforest part of the land. If the property is purchased by an agricultural entrepreneur the purchase tax is levied at 1%.
