to the property (see below).
The building, yard and agricultural
land shall be offered for sale as a whole initially (Lot 1). In the
event
this does not sell then only the building and yard shall be offered for sale
(Lot 2). The adjoining 3.45 acres of agricultural land will not be offered for
sale as a separate lot.
ORDER OF SALE
The Vendor reserves
the right to sell the property at any time prior to the Auction, to withdraw
from the sale, to alter the boundaries of the land or to divide into further
